  • Voltage Regulator: the units I make are available  to all Alfa owners. The manufacturer, just today, told me our regulators ARE NOT effected by normal engine heat.  I now have units for the 164 at the same price, $25.     Ignition module (under the coil) 0 227 100 111 is stock for the 2.5 and 3.0. Bosch has superceded this with 0 227 100 123. According to these guys, http://www.bba-reman.com/index.htm all of the following will work.

    Ignition modules (under the coil) many different part numbers for the same part, sigh...
    Found a big list which is here now.
    The milano is only using 6 of the seven pins so all of these should work. The seventh is for rpm sense. I phoned napa here and their number (TP 182) was good on 75-84 NA volvo's though I don't know which models yet.

  • Ignition coil 0 221 600 002, this is kind of round about, Audi 5000 78-80, Porsche 924 77- 80. Was listed in an auction as being the same as 81-83 GTV-6 and Centerline's catalog has one listing for GTV-6/Milano 81-89 soooo. GTV-6 coil number is 0 221 122 015, 00068 is the stock number for 84-89 GTV6 and Milano. This number has been superceded to 00062 which is for 84-91 peugeot 505 and 89-91 405.
  • Distributor cap for 2.5 and 3.0 is 1 235 522 053 (03008) same as:

  • Ignition key blanks are an Ilco X166 FT48.
  • For 164 and spider key blanks are ilco X152 Ft46. Spider lock cylinders and ignition switch will fit in the milano's.
